Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a General Counsel with strong technology transactions experience to contribute to a legal AI training and evaluation project. This remote contractor role focuses on reviewing contracts, redlining, and negotiation exercises while providing expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

Qualifications

3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities
