You will evaluate AI responses to contract scenarios and help define criteria for measuring AI performance, collaborating with research and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
