Job summary

Deloitte seeks a GCP Technical Account Manager to support Public Sector cloud adoption, coordinate cross-team activities, and drive reliable cloud outcomes in complex environments. This remote role is open to candidates within the continental United States.

The successful candidate will coordinate technical reviews, collaborate with Support, Product Engineering, and SRE teams, and help with launches, capacity planning, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years of professional experience in cloud infra, cloud ops, software, or tech consulting.
• 4+ years supporting Google Cloud implementations, cloud transformation, or related services.
• 1+ years with microservices, distributed systems, and APIs development.
• Google Cloud Professional certification in at least one listed track.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities across client workstreams and track issues, risks, and milestones.
• Collaborate with Support, Product Engineering, and SRE to resolve escalations.
• Support launches, capacity planning, releases, and operational readiness.
• Prepare materials for technical reviews and customer meetings; capture needs and feedback.
• Recommend cloud practices to improve adoption, reliability, security, and performance.
