OneSource Virtual is seeking a Garnishment Specialist I to ensure accurate and timely wage garnishment payments for our customers’ employees. You will analyze legal orders, set up garnishment records, and resolve automation failures when needed, while maintaining service levels and high accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate with courts, agencies, and employees.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and set-up garnishment orders and prepare correspondence.
• Maintain garnishment rules in payroll system and research with Payroll leads.
• Write, review, and process reports for letters and responses.
• Enter start/stop dates for orders and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with courts, agencies, and employees to answer questions.
• Process lump sum payments and coordinate with agencies.
