CAI is seeking an Accountant to manage end-to-end client billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining GAAP compliance. Proficiency with SAP/NetSuite/Oracle and strong Excel skills are required. This is a remote, contract role directly employed by CAI.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 3–5+ years of billing or financial operations experience, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with exposure to billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting practices.
• Experience in insurance, billing operations, or accounting environments.
• Proficient in accounting systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end client billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform billing reconciliation and funding settlements, resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor and support accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash application, and collections follow-up.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues and disputes.
• Assist in developing and implementing new processes and workflows.
