Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience with billing, AR, or financial operations.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client billing processes and ensure accuracy.
• Perform billing reconciliations and funding settlements.
• Monitor accounts receivable activities including invoicing and collections.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Develop and implement new billing processes and workflows.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant financial records and reconciliations.
• Assist with audits and provide required documentation.
• Support process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
