Job summary
KI is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Chicago sales team in a remote role covering the Chicagoland area, with focus on Western Suburban/I-80 corridor. You will engage End User Clients, Architects and Designers, Dealers, General Contractors, and Real Estate Developers to drive KI solutions in Higher Ed, Commercial, Government, and Healthcare markets.
Expect a competitive salary around $90,000 with commission starting from the first dollar sold and enjoy the flexibility of working from a
Qualifications
- Experience in contract furnishings/design industry preferred.
- Healthcare market sales experience is a plus.
- Existing relationships with architects, designers, and end users are a bonus.
- Must be able to haul sales samples.
- Proficiency in CRM technology.
Responsibilities
- Identify, advance, and close sales deals within the Chicagoland territory.
- Showcase expertise in KI solutions and client space applications.
- Build strong relationships with Architects, Designers, dealers, and developers.
- Host engaging “lunch and learn” sessions with clients.
- Conduct CEU events to educate and inspire customers.
- Maintain all sales activities in SFDC up-to-date.
- Participate in community activities and industry groups to boost leads.
