Job summary
KI is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Florida sales team, working from a home office in the Miami‑Dade area. You will call on KI’s core markets—Higher Education, K-12, Commercial, Healthcare and Government—engaging with end users, architects, designers, dealers and builders to identify opportunities and grow market share.
Ideal candidates bring a competitive drive, relationship-building skills, and experience in commercial furniture or related industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience prioritized.
- Sales or design experience in commercial furniture or similar industry preferred.
- Existing relationships with architects, designers, dealers and end users helpful.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Independent, structured work style with high initiative.
Responsibilities
- Call on decision makers and end users to market KI products.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to raise KI awareness.
- Create presentations and sales proposals tailored to client needs.
- Organize 'lunch and learn' client events.
- Advise clients on new and current products and services.
- Assess competitor products to position KI offerings.
