Job summary

SCI in Pflugerville, TX seeks a driven Sales Associate to meet monthly revenue targets by presenting funeral services and pre-need planning to families. You will generate leads, schedule appointments, and guide families through the process with empathy and professionalism.

The role requires self-sourcing leads, attending events, and maintaining CRM records; evenings and weekends are often involved. A high school diploma is required, with licensing support where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license may be required with company support.
• Current driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM experience a plus.
• Industry experience a plus; CRM systems experience a plus.
• Computer and technology skills; goal-oriented self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota by presenting services to families.
• Self-initiates leads, attends events, and schedules sales appointments using CRM.
• Build relationships with families and guide them through contracts and aftercare.
• Collaborate with management and staff to improve processes and service delivery.
• Follow company procedures and walk families through final contracts.
