Job summary

Earth seeks a Care Advisor (Funeral Sales) to support families planning ahead, responding quickly, and guiding decisions about soil transformation. You will manage 1000+ families monthly, follow structured playbooks, and work from a remote setup with coaching and clear metrics to track progress.

The role is quota-driven, with end-to-end sales responsibilities, enrollment paperwork, and multi-state licensing as we expand. Expect regular coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience persuading people toward a decision they care about.
• A track record of success in consultative sales.
• Comfort using talk tracks, templates, and structured processes.
• Comfort discussing death and grief with families.
• Ability to learn software quickly (CRM, VOIP, Slack, AI tools).
• Remote work setup that is reliable (home office).
• Willingness to work evening, weekend, and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to families who reach out.
• Educate families on soil transformation and timelines.
• Run sales process end to end: discovery, education, proposal, objection handling, close.
• Complete enrollment accurately, including contracts and financing.
• Create and execute follow up tasks for families in queue.
• Keep CRM clean and up to date.
• Follow required phrasing and state disclosures; obtain licenses as needed.
• Receive coaching and contribute improvements to the playbook.
