Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional fundraising experience, with grants and major gifts.
• Proven ability to lead a fundraising strategy and campaigns.
• Supervisory experience coaching junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual fundraising plan with Executive Director.
• Oversee grants program from proposals to reports.
• Manage donor communications, including campaigns and stewardship.
• Supervise Development Assistant/Comms Assistant and ensure team alignment.
• Coordinate with programs, operations, and legal to reflect priorities in proposals.
