Job summary

Chicago Run is seeking a Director of Development to lead its fundraising initiatives and diversify revenue streams. This full-time role is pivotal for accelerating philanthropic growth and ensuring sustainable funding for Chicago Run's mission. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of fundraising experience and exceptional communication skills.

The Director will work closely with the Executive Director and be responsible for strategic planning, team management, and cultivating relationships with donors, ensuring alignment with Chicago Run's objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Manage development budget and team, ensuring effective operations.
