Job summary

Granite VNA is seeking a Fundraising Associate to advance corporate partnerships and philanthropic events. You will cultivate sponsors, manage donor engagement, and help drive revenue across Concord, Laconia, and Wolfeboro.

Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations, you will plan events, identify funding opportunities, and represent the agency at community activities. A Bachelor's degree and three years in development are preferred; some travel and evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of work experience in development and fundraising, or non-profit healthcare preferred.
• Event planning experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Secure sponsors for agency fundraising events.
• Research and obtain new funding opportunities and potential donors.
• Plan and execute all agency fundraising events; engage volunteers and coordinate with communications.
• Maintain knowledge of the agency and programs to support fundraising efforts.
• Represent the Agency at public events and community activities within service areas.
• Contribute to teamwork by communicating openly and solving problems.
• Track impact of donor cultivation to meet revenue, meetings, and proposals.
• Develop and sustain relationships at all levels to generate involvement in fundraising.
• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge is a plus.
