Job summary

Granite VNA is seeking a Development Associate (Fundraising) to advance its annual giving program. The role focuses on cultivating and engaging individual donors, implementing annual giving strategies, and building sustaining donor relationships.

Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations, you will manage donor portfolios, support campaigns, and coordinate with Communications to grow revenue and donor retention. Remote with periodic in-office attendance in New Hampshire, Concord.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of work experience in development and fundraising, or non-profit healthcare preferred.
• Raiser's Edge NXT experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, solicit, steward, and retain individual donors.
• Develop and implement annual giving strategies.
• Manage portfolio of annual giving donors and prospects.
• Collaborate with Development and Communications teams to achieve giving goals.
• Plan and execute annual giving campaigns and direct mail/digital communications.
