Job summary

Granite VNA seeks a Development Associate to lead fundraising and donor relations in Concord, NH. Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations, you will cultivate corporate support and coordinate events to increase revenue and visibility.

You’ll secure sponsors, identify new funding opportunities, and manage events while building external alliances across the agency’s service areas. Non-profit development experience is important; Blackbaud Raiser's Edge knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of work experience in development and fundraising, or non-profit healthcare preferred.
• Event planning experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Secures sponsors for all agency fundraising events.
• Researches, pursues, and obtains new funding opportunities and donors.
• Plans and executes all agency fundraising events and coordinates volunteers.
• Represents the Agency at community events in Concord, Laconia and Wolfeboro.
• Tracks impact of donor cultivation to meet revenue goals.
