Job summary

Granite VNA, Inc. is seeking a Development Associate to advance its annual giving program through donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. The role reports to the Director of Donor Relations and builds meaningful relationships to grow philanthropic support.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of annual giving donors, executing campaigns, and collaborating with Development and Communications teams to meet revenue and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Three years of work experience in development and fundraising, or non-profit healthcare preferred.
• Raiser's Edge NXT experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages annual giving programs through donor cultivation and stewardship.
• Maintains accurate donor records and tracks engagement metrics.
• Executes annual giving campaigns including direct mail, email, and digital communications.
• Engages donors through events, tours, and personalized stewardship.
