Job summary

National Seating & Mobility seeks an experienced Funding Director to oversee the Funding Department, lead the Funding Leadership Team, and ensure timely, high-quality funding approvals. The role coordinates with DVPs, RADs, and Branch Leaders to drive policy-compliant processes and staff development.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in funding operations, proven management of 10+ direct reports, and strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations
• Experience managing a team of 10+ direct reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Funding Approval to ensure timely and quality funding
• Coordinate hiring, training, mentoring and career development of Funding Specialists
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides and progress reports
• Lead Funding Leadership Team development and performance management
• Monitor productivity and quality of Funding Specialists and Lead Funding Specialists
• Ensure coverage and timely completion of orders with quality and compassion
• Share KPIs with direct reports and stakeholders regularly
• Calculate and request monthly bonus payments for the team
