Securitize Capital seeks an Associate, Fund Operations to support day-to-day operations of investment funds and help build scalable processes. You’ll work with fund administrators, auditors, tax providers, custodians, and sub-advisers while gaining exposure to tokenized funds and traditional asset management.

The role emphasizes end-to-end understanding of fund operations, NAV, subscriptions, redemptions, and cash reconciliation, with a collaborative, fast-growing remote team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, or related financial services.
• Experience reviewing private fund financial statements, NAVs, capital activity.
• Strong understanding of NAV, subscriptions and redemptions, fund expenses, accruals and cash reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Comfort with building and documenting scalable processes.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial data.

Responsabilités

• Review daily, monthly and quarterly fund financials and NAV calculations.
• Review fund-level activity including subscriptions, redemptions, and expenses.
• Assist with cash management and liquidity across funds.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, and tax providers.
• Support tax filings and annual audits.
• Document procedures and maintain organized records.
