Job summary

SEI is seeking a Fund Accounting Supervisor within the Investment Manager Services Division. You will act as the official record keeper for hedge and private equity funds, coordinate audits, and lead a team of accounting analysts to deliver accurate client reporting.

You will train staff, ensure timely reconciliations, and communicate with investment managers and clients to maintain high service quality. A BA/BS in a relevant field and 2+ years in fund services are required, with strong Excel

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; you will support clients via email/phone.
• Experience training and supervising accounting analysts or staff.
• Ability to manage multiple client deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
• Intermediate Excel skills for financial reporting and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Price and maintain timely records for hedge and private equity holdings using external pricing sources.
• Perform reconciliations for Net Asset Values and generate accounting reports.
• Coordinate year-end audits and ensure GAAP compliance; perform due-diligence as needed.
• Train and supervise accounting analysts on systems, procedures and responsibilities.
