SEI Investments Company is seeking a Fund Accounting Supervisor to lead the Alternative Investment Funds team and serve as the official record keeper for hedge and private equity funds. You will train and supervise accounting analysts, ensure accurate NAVs, and support year-end audits with a focus on quality and client service.

Qualifications

• BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the fund services industry, alternatives experience preferred.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support clients via email/phone.

Responsibilities

• Act as intermediary between funds and investment managers; serve as official record keeper for funds.
• Train and supervise accounting analysts on systems, processing, procedures and responsibilities.
• Maintain timely NAVs and accounting reports; reconcile NAVs and coordinate year-end audits in GAAP.
• Communicate fund transactions to clients and external service providers; ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Assist in team management, performance appraisals, and staffing interviews to support staff development.
