SEI's Investment Manager Services Division in Oaks, PA is seeking a Fund Accounting Supervisor to lead a team of accounting analysts and serve as the fund record keeper for hedge and private equity funds. You will price and reconcile NAVs using external pricing sources, support year-end audits, ensure GAAP compliance, and deliver accurate accounting packages to clients.

Qualifications

• BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the fund services industry, alternatives experience preferred.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables on time.

Responsabilités

• Price and maintain timely records for hedge and private equity holdings using external pricing resources.
• Perform NAV reconciliations and provide accounting reports.
• Coordinate year-end audit engagements and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Train and supervise accounting analysts on systems, processes and responsibilities.
• Communicate fund activities with external managers and clients to deliver accurate accounting packages.
• Assist manager with performance appraisals, coaching and staffing decisions.
• Participate in professional development to identify process improvements.
