Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Full Stack Developer Lead for a remote US-based position. The role combines people management with hands-on design, development, and maintenance of backend services, APIs, and frontend applications across the company’s platform.

You will guide a team, set priorities, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers while contributing to secure, reliable software solutions across supplier and partner integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or providing direction to developers in a working/hands-on lead capacity.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Full Stack Developer team, assigning and prioritizing work and overseeing day-to-day workload.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance, mentorship, and support to developers; lead code reviews and establish coding standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and front-end features across the technology platform; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
