Paycom - ATS is seeking a Senior Software Project Manager in the Indianapolis area to drive successful software deliveries. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget while aligning with security and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee planning, risk management, and continuous improvement, reporting progress to executives and clients, and guiding teams through SDLC with Agile practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, especially in software projects.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders regularly.
• Manage testing, QA, and release processes to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Monitor metrics, drive continuous improvement, and align deliverables with business goals.
• Facilitate change management and adoption across teams and clients.
