Paycom - ATS is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and support cloud-based applications across frontend, backend, and database layers. You will develop frontend apps with Angular or React, implement RESTful APIs on AWS, and design scalable data storage with RDS/DynamoDB.

The role emphasizes AWS serverless architectures, Well-Architected practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup. Fully remote option available, with exposure to US government badge requirements.

Formación

• US citizen or authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience building frontend web apps with Angular or React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs on AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS/DynamoDB).
• Proficiency in Python for backend tasks.
• Experience with IaC (CDK/CloudFormation/Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with AI coding agents/tools and Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build, test, maintain, and enhance full stack applications across frontend, backend, and DB layers.
• Develop frontend using Angular or React and modern design patterns.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support integrations with enterprise systems.
• Design backend storage using RDS and/or DynamoDB; integrate with S3.
• Define and maintain IaC using CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Collaborate with Cloud Eng, DevSecOps, and app teams to deploy via CI/CD pipelines.
• Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot and document root cause analysis in development and production.
