Calendly is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for the Trust & Safety team in the United States. You will build and refine systems to detect abuse across sign-up, booking, and messaging, while ensuring deliverability, compliance, and reliable notifications.

The role requires 3+ years of software development experience at a SaaS company, hands-on backend skills with Rails/Node/TypeScript/Go, and comfort with SQL, data-driven decisions, and on-call work. Remote work is supported.

• 3+ years of professional software development experience at a SaaS or tech company.
• Backend services, APIs, and data-heavy workflows in a service-oriented architecture.

Responsabilités

• Building and improving systems that detect and stop abuse across sign-up, booking, and messaging.
• Improving the reliability, deliverability, and compliance of email and SMS notifications.
• Shipping new detection carefully with measured impact and low false positives/negatives.
• Responding to active abuse, including on-call, with durable fixes.
• Building tools to help Trust & Safety Operations review accounts faster.
