The role is fully remote, with preference for East Coast states due to business needs.

In this two-year program you will receive training, hands-on experience, and feedback from experienced developers, learning to develop and support a secure, AI-driven enterprise using Agile,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT experience (academic or professional).
• 6+ months experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting existing applications and development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand priorities.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency of systems and services.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to use new technologies.
• Create and execute test scenarios/plans for changes.
• Share knowledge openly with IT teams.
• Troubleshoot issues identified by users.
• Use automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins for automating use cases.
• Work within Agile, XP, Kanban delivery frameworks.
