CVS Health is building a world of health through a two-year Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP). This full-time track develops automation engineers within a fast-paced IT organization, using Agile, DevSecOps, and XP practices.

You will receive training, hands-on experience, and feedback while supporting customers and evolving the software delivery landscape. This opportunity targets remote work, preferably East Coast states, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an IT position (academic or professional).
• 6+ months of programming, developing, or coding.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, YAML, data structures, algorithms, and front-end design.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, and delivering enterprise applications (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud concepts/providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with relational/non-relational databases and cybersecurity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting existing applications and development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise regulations.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to adopt new technologies.
• Create and execute test scenarios/plans for new and changed components.
• Share knowledge with IT personnel.
• Work within Agile, XP, and Kanban delivery frameworks.
