Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position.
• 6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Boot camps and certifications considered.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the support of existing applications and development efforts.
• Writing high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations.
• Collaborating with business analysts and product owners to align priorities.
• Analyzing and improving the efficiency of systems and services.
• Proactively monitoring industry trends and identifying opportunities to adopt new technologies.
• Creating and executing test scenarios/plans for new and changed components.
• Sharing knowledge openly with IT colleagues.
• Troubleshooting issues identified by users.
• Using automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins and related tools for automation.
• Working within Agile/XP/Kanban delivery frameworks.
