Job summary

CVS Health is offering a two-year Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) that is fully remote, with a preference for candidates on the East Coast. The program trains you to become an automation engineer within a Fortune 6 company, emphasizing Agile, DevSecOps, and XP practices.

You will gain hands-on experience, training, and feedback from seasoned developers while supporting IT security, automation, cloud, and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

1+ years in a relevant IT role (academic or professional).
6+ months experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
6+ months of programming, developing, or coding.

Responsibilities

Support existing applications and development efforts.
Write high-quality code compliant with regulations.
Collaborate with analysts and product owners on priorities.
Analyze and improve system efficiency.
Monitor industry trends and identify new tech opportunities.
Create and execute test scenarios for new and changed components.
Share knowledge with IT personnel.
Troubleshoot user-reported issues.
Use automation tools for automating use cases.
Work within Agile, XP, and Kanban delivery frameworks.
