Job summary

CVS Health is launching an Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) that is a two‑year developmental track to become a full‑stack automation engineer. The role supports a fast‑paced IT organization and offers hands-on training, webinars, and experiential feedback to grow within a Fortune 6 company.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position.
Experience with Python, PowerShell, YAML, data structures and algorithms.
Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with data integration and relational/non-relational databases.
Experience with cybersecurity and network security (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).
AI/ML concepts strongly preferred.
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in supporting existing applications and development efforts.
Write high‑quality code compliant with enterprise regulations.
Proactively monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to implement new technologies.
Create and execute required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing of changes.
Share knowledge openly with IT personnel.
Work within Agile, XP, Kanban delivery frameworks.
