You will learn to code, support applications, and contribute to secure, AI-driven enterprise initiatives using Agile, DevSecOps, and XP practices.

The program offers hands-on experience, mentoring, and built-in training while you work on cutting-edge IT security, automation, cloud, and data projects

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT position experience (academic or professional).
• 6+ months in AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of programming, developing, or coding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting existing applications and development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise regulations.
• Collaborate with analysts and product owners to align priorities.
• Analyze and improve efficiency of systems and services.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new technologies to adopt.
• Create and execute test scenarios for new/changed components.
• Share knowledge with IT colleagues.
