Lyric is seeking remote-friendly Full-Stack Engineers to own production issues and contribute across a cloud-based platform. You will triage incidents, reproduce problems, analyze telemetry, and drive fixes across web apps, APIs, services, and databases.

You will design and deliver frontend and backend solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript and C#/.NET, with a focus on reliability, observability, and secure development practices in a HIPAA/HITRUST context.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least two (2) years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET backend development.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript frontend development (React/Angular).
• Experience designing, consuming, and troubleshooting RESTful APIs or microservices.
• 2+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL, including data validation and basic performance awareness.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues using logs, metrics, traces, and debugging tools.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of secure development practices and software engineering principles.

Responsabilidades

• Own escalated, high-impact production and customer issues from intake through resolution.
• Investigate issues across the full application stack using logs, traces, metrics, and code analysis.
• Translate customer symptoms into testable hypotheses and actionable next steps; provide timely updates.
• Follow runbooks, least-privilege practices, change controls, and escalation procedures to minimize risk.
• Produce high-quality root-cause analyses with impact, mitigation, and prevention plans.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain platform capabilities across web interfaces, APIs, services, and data-access layers.
• Build frontend experiences with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework (React/Angular) connected to secure APIs.
• Develop and debug backend services with C#/.NET ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Create, optimize SQL queries and data flows to support reliable processing and high performance.
• Integrate external services and APIs to extend platform functionality and interoperability.
• Implement secure development practices that comply with HIPAA and HITRUST expectations.
• Collaborate with product, data, support, and engineering teams to align solutions with business needs.
