Lyric is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to own production and customer-impacting issues while delivering a cloud-based platform end to end. You will triage incidents, analyze telemetry, reproduce problems, and drive fixes with observability improvements.

The role requires hands-on backend in C#/.NET and frontend in JavaScript/TypeScript (React/Angular), plus API design, SQL, and cloud experience. Collaboration with product and support teams is essential.

Formación

• Two or more years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with C# and .NET backend development.
• Experience building web apps with JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (Angular or React).
• Experience designing, consuming, and troubleshooting RESTful APIs and microservices.
• 2+ years working with relational databases and SQL; basic performance awareness.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience in a software development principled environment focused on quality, security, and maintainability.
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own escalated, high-impact production and customer issues from intake through resolution.
• Investigate issues across the full application stack using logs, metrics, and traces.
• Translate symptoms into testable hypotheses and actionable next steps.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain platform capabilities across web interfaces, APIs, microservices, and data layers.
• Develop frontend with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework; backend with C#/.NET.
• Create, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and data flows for reliable performance.
• Implement secure development practices and participate in code reviews and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and support teams to align solutions with business needs.
