Job summary

Lyric is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to own production issues end-to-end and build a cloud-based platform across web interfaces, APIs, and data layers. You will triage incidents, reproduce problems, analyze telemetry, and drive fixes with strong observability and automation.

You will design frontend in JavaScript/TypeScript with Angular/React and backend in C#/.NET, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant solutions for healthcare workflows.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET backend development.
• Experience building web apps with JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular or React.
• Experience designing, consuming, and troubleshooting RESTful APIs.
• 2+ years of work with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience debugging production issues using logs, metrics, and traces.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; HIPAA/HITRUST familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own escalated, high-impact production issues from intake to resolution.
• Investigate issues across the full stack using logs, traces, metrics, and queries.
• Translate symptoms into hypotheses and actionable next steps with timely updates.
• Design, develop, and maintain platform capabilities across web, APIs, services, and data layers.
• Build frontend experiences with JavaScript/TypeScript using Angular or React.
• Develop backend services with C#/.NET for performance and maintainability.
• Improve observability, logs, and automated recovery; participate in incident rotations.
• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and other stakeholders.
