Lyric is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join our cloud-based platform delivering fast, reliable insights across real-time claims workflows.

As a production-focused engineer, you will triage incidents, develop across web interfaces, APIs, and data stores using JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET, SQL, and cloud services, while upholding HIPAA and HITRUST considerations. This is a remote role supporting US-based teams.

Qualifikationen

• At least two (2) years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET backend services.
• Experience building web applications with JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (Angular or React).
• Experience designing, consuming, and troubleshooting RESTful APIs, services, or microservices.
• 2+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL, including data validation and performance awareness.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues using logs, metrics, traces, debugging tools, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Own escalated, high-impact production issues from intake through resolution.
• Investigate issues across the full application stack using logs, traces, metrics, and database queries.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain platform capabilities across web interfaces, APIs, services, and data-access layers.
• Implement secure development practices with HIPAA and HITRUST considerations.
• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, support teams, and engineers to align technical solutions with customer needs.
