Qualifikationen

• 8+ years building scalable software with full-stack experience across backend and frontend.
• Strong product mindset and ability to understand why before how, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ownership from start to finish: frame the problem, ship the solution, and assess outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and complex problems, shaping scope instead of waiting for a spec.
• Clear communication with non-engineers in English (French is a plus).
• Humility, curiosity, and a desire to improve healthcare accessibility.

Aufgaben

• Build integrations with our e-commerce back office, in-house virtual try-on, suppliers, and partner opticians.
• Ship member-facing flows: dynamic catalogs, coverage-aware purchase flows, prescription scanning, returns, and out-of-pocket purchases.
• Scale the catalog to thousands of products with discoverability and personalized navigation.
• Navigate e-commerce rules, invoicing, and regulatory requirements in France.
• Help products reach members in the Alan app, campaigns, and Ai health assistant Mo.
• Collaborate with Ops on orders, deliveries, and customer service to minimize delays.
