Alan is building the new standard in prevention software. We are hiring across Europe and beyond; remote flexibility is available, but in-person collaboration is valued. Our engineering team builds infrastructure and applications to serve members and health professionals. Tech stack includes Python/Flask, Typescript, React, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL.

You will join engineers who own their decisions and protect privacy by design, moving fast with ownership and clear product focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles.
• Experience building internal tools, frameworks, CLIs, or libraries that improve developer workflows.
• Experience fixing scalability issues and bottlenecks in the software development lifecycle.
