Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a remote Full-Stack Software Engineer focused on Compliance to help define and build onboarding, KYC/KYB checks, and regulatory workflows across our platform.

You will own end-to-end features from user interfaces to back-end services, collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations, and apply secure, observable design while leveraging TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and Rust.

Qualifications

• Experience building full-stack applications with React/Next.js and TypeScript.
• Strong API and data-model design, databases, and cloud tooling.
• Hands-on work with KYC/KYB or onboarding workflows with security and auditing in mind.

Responsibilities

• Own compliance-focused product areas from problem definition to deployment.
• Build interfaces, APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into testable product behavior.
