Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack ownership.
• Experience bringing LLM features to production, including tool-calling and retrieval.
• Production experience with React, Next.js, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with voice tooling or real-time systems is valuable.
• Strong system design, scalability, and cost-awareness.

Responsibilities

• Scope customer problems and build end-to-end features across the stack.
• Deploy weekly and monitor production performance.
• Develop voice and email negotiation agents with safeguards.
• Build retrieval and matching systems with embeddings and reranking.
• Instrument observability and rollout strategies.
