Unknown company is building production AI software for freight and logistics workflows. You will own full-stack features from discovery through deployment and production monitoring, focusing on reliable voice and email agents.

You will scope problems with customers, deploy weekly, and evaluate LLM features in production, using React, Next.js, Supabase, and Python, plus Pipecat/LangChain tooling. This remote role welcomes LATAM candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack ownership.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a small, early-stage AI team building production software for freight and logistics workflows. You will own full-stack features from customer discovery through deployment and production monitoring, with a focus on reliable voice and email agents.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Scope problems with customers, build solutions across the stack, deploy weekly, and monitor production performance.
• Develop voice and email negotiation agents, including speech pipelines, LLM orchestration, and deterministic safeguards for prices and terms.
• Build evaluation systems with golden datasets, offline and online checks, regression and hallucination tests, and tool-call correctness checks.
• Develop retrieval and matching systems using embeddings and reranking, with attention to cost and latency.
• Instrument production systems and support observability and rollout strategies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including end-to-end ownership of production software across the full stack.
• Hands-on experience taking LLM features to production, including architecture, tool-calling, retrieval, and systematic evaluation.
• Production experience with React, Next.js, Supabase, and Python.
• Experience with agent or voice tooling such as Pipecat, LangChain, LiveKit, or equivalent systems.
• Strong system design fundamentals, including streaming, concurrency, SQL, and reasoning about scale and cost.
• Experience with production observability and deployment rollouts, and daily use of generative AI coding tools with careful verification.
• Voice or real-time systems experience, early-stage engineering, complex tool-use systems, or substantial open-source and personal projects are valuable.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: $5,000 to $9,000 USD per month. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Remote, LATAM.
