Job summary

TJM Labs is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our fully remote team. You’ll design, build, and maintain web applications, APIs, and internal tools that power pharmacy workflows, using Python and modern frontend frameworks. This is an early-career friendly role emphasizing problem solving, learning quickly, and impact.

You’ll collaborate with teammates, review code, and deliver reliable features with high ownership in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Experience building web applications, APIs, or backend systems.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and modern workflows.
• Familiarity with databases and data modeling.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain software applications, services, and internal tools.
• Develop new automation solutions and product features for pharmacy workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan, scope, and deliver projects.
• Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve productivity and software quality.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve engineering efficiency.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions as the platform grows.
• Follow secure coding practices, protect company data, and adhere to internal information security policies and procedures.
