Job summary

TJM Labs is seeking a Pharmacy Bot Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support to pharmacies using TJM automation. You will be the first point of contact, explain issues clearly, and gather information for engineering.

You will work with a pod including Customer Success and Implementation teams to resolve problems efficiently. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a pharmacy setting, comfort with workflows, and a technical curiosity.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a pharmacy environment.
Hands-on familiarity with pharmacy workflows and management systems.
Pharmacy technician experience highly desired.
Experience with Jira, Zendesk or similar support tools.

Responsibilities

Be a responsive first point of support for pharmacy customers across our support channels.
Ask thoughtful follow-up questions to understand exactly what the customer is experiencing.
Investigate before escalating by reviewing system activity, configurations, logs, and context.
Create clear, actionable escalation tickets for engineering or other technical teams.
Understand pharmacy operations to troubleshoot more effectively.
Communicate updates clearly and manage customer expectations throughout resolution.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Implementation Leads when needed.
