Job summary

Venon Solutions LLC is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to join a growing engineering team, owning features end-to-end on Next.js and Node.js. The role emphasizes server and client work, API design, and AI-powered capabilities.

This 100% remote position requires strong English communication, a software engineering degree, and experience with Bull, PostgreSQL, LangChain, Keycloak, and Docker. The contractor role runs for 9 months with possible extension and EST-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• Advanced English level (B2/C1) for fluent cross-team communication.
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (server and client) and Express.js.
• Experience with Bull for task/queue management.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and data modeling.
• Experience with LangChain.
• Experience with Keycloak.
• Docker (Compose or Minikube).
• Strong problem-solving and ownership of features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features using Next.js across server and client components.
• Design and develop backend services and APIs with Express.js.
• Implement and manage background jobs and async workflows using Bull.
• Design, query, and optimize data models in PostgreSQL.
• Build and integrate AI-powered features using LangChain.
• Implement authentication and access control with Keycloak.
• Containerize and manage services using Docker (Compose or Minikube).
• Collaborate with the team on architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
