The work is permanently remote within the United States, focusing on building reinforced environments and features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. Strong documentation and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience with Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, or Java/Spring.
• Strong API integration and data flow understanding.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear code samples, debugging approaches, and technical solutions across frontend and backend.
• Work with technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python3, Java, and Go.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs across the UI, API, and database layers.
• Build small to medium-sized features end-to-end, from UI to data layer.
• Improve existing frontend and backend code for readability, consistency, reliability, and maintainability.
• Create reproducible environments and golden reference solutions for full-stack problems.
• Document reasoning, development approach, and code decisions to support AI training data quality.
• Review peer-contributed code for correctness and clarity.
