Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 9+ years of related experience, or graduate degree with 7+ years; or 13 years experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of full‑stack developers within Palantir Foundry.
• Provide architectural guidance and hands‑on development when needed to support delivery.
• Establish technical direction, development standards, and scalable architecture.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of user‑facing apps, dashboards, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Promote UI/UX standards and ensure intuitive, accessible experiences for enterprise users.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data‑driven solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes and operational efficiency.
• Lead technical problem solving and root‑cause analysis across multiple domains.
