Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 7+ years; or 13+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Familiarity with React-style component patterns or comparable front-end frameworks.
• Experience with ontology modeling and object-driven application logic.
• Experience with Python for backend automation or processing.
• Knowledge of enterprise data systems (SAP, Oracle EBS, Costpoint, REST APIs).
• Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI, Palantir AIP, Snowflake Cortex, or similar.
• Experience designing workflow automations and operational tools within Foundry.
• Experience leading application development teams within Palantir Foundry.
• Experience with enterprise application architecture and ontology-driven solution design.
• Experience implementing Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent development initiatives and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation, data modernization, or analytics platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of full-stack developers delivering enterprise applications on Palantir Foundry.
• Provide architectural guidance, mentor developers, review designs, resolve complex challenges, and contribute to development when needed.
• Establish technical direction, standards, coding practices, and architecture for scalable, secure solutions.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle of user-facing applications, dashboards, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Promote UI/UX standards to ensure intuitive, accessible, and consistent experiences; collaborate with stakeholders to improve usability.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute development activities aligned with business priorities and delivery commitments.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes and performance.
• Lead problem solving and root-cause analysis across multiple functions.
• Ensure enterprise security, governance, usability, performance, and reliability.
