Job summary

Stratitia, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join an Agile team supporting the Defense Health Agency’s operational medicine and blood-management software portfolio. You will build secure, tested software spanning UI, services, data stores, and external interfaces.

The role focuses on preserving traceability, transactional accuracy, and system interoperability, including offline or limited-connectivity operation in a regulated healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 3–7 years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency with object-oriented back-end language and modern UI framework.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL, source control, and automated testing.
• Secure coding practices and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement front-end and back-end components for features.
• Translate stories and specs into production-quality software.
• Develop and support APIs, services, and data-access components.
• Implement validation, auditability, and transactional controls.
• Diagnose defects across layers and provide root-cause analysis.
• Support offline-first or limited-connectivity capabilities.
• Create unit and integration tests and participate in reviews.
• Estimate work and communicate progress in Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and DevSecOps teams for releases.
• Maintain documentation and interface details for government delivery.
