Job summary

STRATITIA Inc is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join an Agile team supporting the Defense Health Agency's operational medicine and blood-management software portfolio. You will translate operational needs into secure, tested software spanning front-end, back-end, data stores, and external interfaces.

The role emphasizes protecting traceability, transactional accuracy, interoperability, and reliable operation in environments with limited connectivity, including offline-capable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• 3–7 years of delivering full-stack applications.
• Proficiency in OO back-end language and modern web UI framework.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL, and source control.
• Secure coding practices and testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement front-end and back-end components for features and defects.
• Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into production-ready software.
• Develop and support APIs, services, and data-access components.
• Implement validation, auditing, and transactional controls for regulated workflows.
• Diagnose defects across layers and provide root-cause analysis.
• Support offline-first or limited-connectivity capabilities with sync/retry.
• Create unit/integration tests and participate in peer reviews.
• Estimate work, identify dependencies and risks, and report progress.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and DevSecOps teams to release changes.
• Maintain documentation and interface/configuration records for secure delivery.
