Senior Full Stack Application Developer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Applicatoin Developer to support a Contract Management Tool, a mission‑critical platform designed to modernize financial planning, execution tracking, and audit readiness for the Department of Defense (DoD). This developer will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining secure full‑stack solutions that support program transparency, fiscal responsibility and operational agility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure full stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams and mission stakeholders to define, develop and implement financial tool capabilities.
• Integrate with DoD financial management systems and ensure data compliance with government regulations.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices that ensure clean, secure data pipelines.
• Apply secure coding practices in accordance with DoD STIGs and RMF guidelines.
• Implement role‑based access controls and maintain system integrity through audit‑compliant design.
• Participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, testing and release processes.
• Support DevSecOps pipeline integration and CI/CD automation.

• Understanding of STIGs, ACAS scanning, RMF documentation and system hardening.
• Prior work on software tools used for budget forecasting, contract execution or manpower allocation.
