Qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack development experience
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Backend expertise with C#, Node.js, .NET Core, Java, or Python
• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, Git version control, and CI/CD tools
• Cloud platforms knowledge (AWS, Azure, GovCloud)
• Strong application security and RBAC
• DoD/federal IT environment experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain secure full stack applications
• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and stakeholders to implement financial tool capabilities
• Integrate with DoD financial management systems and ensure data compliance
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices for secure data pipelines
• Apply secure coding practices per DoD STIGs and RMF
• Implement RBAC and maintain audit-compliant design
• Participate in Agile sprints, reviews, tests, and releases
• Support DevSecOps pipeline integration and CI/CD automation
